Yoga Foundations 2 – Building Our Practice
Commences Wednesday 3rd July, 8:05pm-9:05pm

Following on from the success of our Yoga Foundations 1 course, throughout the month of July I will be facilitating a YOGA FOUNDATIONS 2, 4 week course. Building on from what we had explored in course 1, we will explore other aspects of Yoga Asana, new postures and Meditation techniques.
This course is most suitable for those which have completed the first Yoga Foundations 1 course, or those that have a regular yoga practice. If you’d like to discuss your suitability for this course then please do get in touch.
The cost of this course is £35.

Booking is essential for this course, due to the nature of the programme the number of attendees will be kept small to ensure that time and focus can be given to each individual.

Due to the popularity of my recent Yoga Workshops I am delighted to announce further dates throughout the coming months. These Yoga and Meditation Workshops are designed to revive and restore our sense of physical and emotional calm, promote our wellbeing and provide a space for self-care and connection. Entitled ‘The Sunday Sessions: Yoga & Meditation,’ these workshops are a blend of vinyasa and yin yoga, mindfulness and meditation. Held over two hours on a Sunday evening, The Sunday Sessions will leave you feeling reconnected, revived and ready to face the week ahead.
Our physical asana yoga practice will start with an invigorating vinyasa flow; active and dynamic sequences to exhilarate the mind whilst relieving the body of ay stresses and strains. The practice will then culminate in calming and relaxing Yin Yoga; a slower paced yoga style which perfectly complements our flowing yang practice.
Our intention for both of these sessions is to cultivate feelings of self-connection, restoration and renewal.
No previous experience of yoga and/or meditation is required. The sessions are suitable for all levels of ability and preference.
If you have recently welcomed a baby and are interested in attending then you are welcome to join us from 12 weeks post-delivery. If you’d like to discuss this prior to boking, please do contact me on the email address provided.
The cost of each workshop is £15. Each session is booked individually so if you would like to join us for both dates please ensure your booking reflects this. Booking is essential as spaces are limited to just 9 attendees.
